§ 42-112. Fees for service.

(a)

Fees for providing inspection services shall be established and approved as part of the budget ordinance and made available for review by the city clerk.

(b)

Fees for fire protection standby services, and cost recovery for hazardous materials response and all emergency response services shall be established and approved as part of the budget ordinance and made available for review by the city clerk.
