Generally.
The council shall establish from time to time a schedule of monthly charges for water
used by customers of its system and for sewer service provided to customers of its
system, which shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk.
(b)
Discontinuance of service for failure to pay; reinstatement of service.
The council shall have the authority to discontinue water service for failure to pay
sewer or water charges and all related user fees at the time such charges are payable.
Service shall be reinstated only in accordance with the rules or regulations established
by the council and in force and effect at the time.
