§ 90-63. Application for operator's business license; contents.

(a)

Any person desiring a license to operate a taxicab business, as required by chapter 14, shall file an application for a license upon a form to be furnished by the city, provided that the license shall be issued within 30 days after a written application has been made.

(b)

If the applicant for a license to operate a taxicab business is a firm or corporation, the requirements of subsection (a) of this section shall be complied with by each member of the firm or by the principal or managing officer of the corporation in charge of actual operation of the business in the city.
