In pursuance of the authority conferred by the Code of Laws of South Carolina, Title 6, Chapter 29, Comprehensive Planning Enabling Act of 1994, the Mayor and Council of the City of Hartsville do ordain and enact into law the following articles and sections for the purpose of guiding development in accordance with existing and future needs and promoting the public health, safety, morals, convenience, order, appearance, prosperity, and general welfare in accordance with the adopted comprehensive plan. |
